Verified support channels
About Come customer support
Three ways to verify the Come brand app before installing, and one place to file a ticket if anything looks off.
Verification
The C monogram, the emerald accent and the same install route appear on the home banner, the gallery, the Come product profile and /app/come/. Mismatched identity is the most common sign of a fake surface.
Helpdesk
The /contact/ route is a private conversation connected to the support inbox. No phone number, email or address is required to start a ticket.
Legal
/legal/, /terms/, /privacy/, /cookies/ and /dmca/ each describe a different surface of the Come operation. None of them links to a third-party publisher.
If you arrived here from a button inside the Come app, the support desk at /contact/ is the right next stop. Drop a message and reply comes back in the same window.

What the support page covers
Three support channels, each on a single first-party route
Verification
The verification field is the verified identity field on the source product. The field is the same one the helpdesk uses to match a support ticket to a verified identity.
Helpdesk
The helpdesk is the verified helpdesk channel. The channel is the only one that the verified identity recognises; readers who reach a different channel have left the verified path.
Legal
The legal field points at /legal/. The legal page is the single source of truth for the legal framing of the verified product surface.
