Come terms of service
About the Come terms of service
The terms that govern use of comecome-app.com and the Come Android app, written in plain English with section anchors.
These terms apply to the verified Come product surface on comecome-app.com and to the Come Android app once installed. By tapping the install action, you confirm that you have read these terms, that you are 18 or over, and that real-money play is allowed in your jurisdiction.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to use Come. Sign-ups from under-18 users are rejected at KYC. Real-money play is only allowed where it is permitted by the law of the state or union territory you sign up from.
2. Account
Each account is tied to one verified identity. Multiple accounts from the same identity are closed and any balance is returned to the original payment route.
3. Wallet and play
Funds in the wallet are tied to the verified identity. Withdrawals are processed back to the original payment route wherever the payment partner supports it.
4. Bonus code
Bonus codes are published on /code/ when the staging system records a verified code. Destination-applied offers are listed on /promos/. No invented codes are published anywhere on comecome-app.com.
5. VIP ladder
VIP enrollment is automatic once qualifying play crosses ₹1,000. The 15-level ladder is published on /vip/ and refreshed as the underlying VIP record changes.
6. Suspension and closure
Account suspension or closure is communicated through the same identity channel. Reversal is handled by the support desk at /contact/.
7. Responsible play
The responsible play surface lives at /responsible-use/ and applies to every account. Cool-off periods and self-exclusion are handled by the support desk.
8. Grievance officer
Unresolved disputes are escalated to the grievance officer. The full name, email and postal address are published below the operator details on /legal/.
9. Changes to these terms
Material changes to these terms are announced on /news/ at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is treated as acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the operator registered address listed in /legal/.
