What Come collects, what it does not, where the data lives, and how to ask for a copy or a deletion.
What we collect
Come collects the data needed to run the verified product surface: account details, KYC documents at sign-up, device metadata for the install and play sessions, and the support conversation log at /contact/.
What we do not collect
Come does not collect data from third-party marketplaces, third-party referral sites or third-party downloaders. Any URL other than comecome-app.com that claims to host the Come APK is a third-party mirror and we have no data from it.
Where the data lives
Account, KYC, support and activity data live on India-hosted infrastructure under the operator in /legal/. Cross-border transfer happens only for fraud-prevention signals that the payment partner needs.
How long we keep it
Account and KYC data is kept for the lifetime of the account and for the retention period required by tax and AML rules. Support conversation logs are kept for the same retention period.
How to ask for a copy or deletion
Send a privacy request through the live support desk at /contact/. The desk acknowledges receipt inside the published support window and confirms completion once the request is processed.
